Payment and Donations
There are two main ways to pay or donate to your trip:
- Check – Make sure to include on the memo line the name of the campaigner and “Ukraine.”
- Text2Give – To use debit or credit text Ukraine to 325.221.4447. If you haven’t registered your card you will be given instructions on how to do so. You’ll only have to do this once. Once you give you will receive a message prompting you to email admin@hillcrestonline.com with how much and to which campaigner you gave.
The following needs to be communicated to donors:
Please note: Any gifts will go towards the Hillcrest sponsored Ukraine Mission. Rarely, a mission trip must be cancelled for one or more campaigners due to circumstances beyond our control, suck as illness or risk to safety. In that case, donations will be managed by the Hillcrest Missions Committee in a manner consistent with the original intent.
This protects the donations as charitable giving and allows Hillcrest to make appropriate decisions regarding the use of funds.
